This week on the Source to Cycle, we’re very honored to present one of Detroit’s most legendary artists.  Rolando was inspired by the innovative electronic sounds emerging from the city, especially Jeff Mills as The Wizard, and Mike Banks, who took him under the wings of the Underground Resistance label.  Producing under the name The Aztec Mystic, and the huge Knights Of The Jaguar release, it took a move to Europe in the 2000s to really spread his wings musically, and has once again been a highly prolific producer on labels such as Ostgut Ton, Delsin and Saved Records.  Now based in Edinburgh, Rolando still Djs the world over, with incredible skills behind the decks always providing a great musical journey.
