First track on the release Muted Strat is a deep slab, flawless Dub techno chords action and rhythmic drums to form a powerful trip, the second and original track of the pack The House That Jack Built is a big track, old-school vibe, playful bass and a jackin vocal to compliment the production while the third and Dub mix of The House That Jack Built is as its says the Dub representation of the original, vocal less, and instrumental. There's not really much else to say about this one. The names dropped in the title alone lets your ears know what they're in store for.

Detroit's Burden brothers, more commonly known as Octave One, have been making classic techno from their roots since 1990 – and, much to our pleasure, have continued to produce, DJ and play sensational live sets as though no time has passed. 25 years on, their music still fuels the dancefloors of 2nd gen. techno lovers, as well as being picked up and reworked by modern dance music's most valuable players –  of which Paul Woolford is most certainly one.

When asked about his "Lose Myself" rework, Paul shared that Octave One and their 430 West label "have been inspirations to me for so many years. We met through mutual friends and immediately connected, following various gigs together globally. It was an honour to be invited to work on something for the Detroit label. My intention was to bring out the soulful edge of Octave One's sound and place it within the framework of a track that would work towards the end of the night." Beste Modus, we_r_house and Unison Wax label co-founder Cinthie launches her new imprint Crystalgrooves with a collection of three house cuts on her '803 Crystalgrooves 001' EP, including the lead track 'Together' that delivers an anthemic punch.

Hailing from Berlin, Cinthie has played a key role in guiding the underground with quality stripped back house tracks, either with her residency at Watergate, her trendsetting labels or her original material. Now with yet another imprint under her watch Cinthie will continue to supply the scene with quality dancefloor gems. This latest release has already been getting rinsed in DJ sets by the likes of Jamie Jones, Âme and Gerd Janson. 

The '803 Crystalgrooves 001' EP is set for release October 8.

Debuting on Rekids, Laurent Garnier & Chambray collaborate for a colossal single entitled ‘Feelin’ Good’ featuring two outstanding remixes from label owner Radio Slave.

Having supported Rekids for many years in his sets across the globe, it only made sense for Laurent Garnier to drop one of his finest productions to date on the label. Although the legendary Frenchman has kept busy producing movie soundtracks (‘Paris Est A Nous’) and remixes in recent years, this is his first full release since 2017. He’s joined in the studio by Chambray, a Berlin-based producer known for releasing on Figure, Unknown To The Unknown and Jimmy Edgar’s Ultramajic.

Opening with sporadic battle cries, stabbing claps and powerful bass sequences before rapturous piano melodies come into effect – ‘Feelin’ Good’ is undoubtedly one of this year’s biggest tracks. On the flip, Radio Slave assembles two contrasting remixes that do just as much damage: the first is an atmospheric
number that marches forward using precision kicks, rattling percussion and rising pads, whilst the ‘Revenge Mix’ cranks things up a notch with its crunchy breaks before introducing the original’s blissful keys.

‘Use Me Again’ is Tom Trago’s evergreen club classic. Originally released at the start of 2010 it became a staple track in many DJs sets.

The track is based around an infectious loop in true disco spirit and it lights up every dancefloor its been played to. The original version has been yet again re- mastered for this 2012 release.

Carl Craig has been one of the track’s biggest fans ever since it was first re- leased, at a certain point he was playing it out in almost every set. For this release he came up with a typical c2 re-tweak.
