Continuing to run his no-nonsense techno-focussed sub-label with aplomb, Radio Slave recruits legendary UK DJ/producer Mark Broom for a mammoth eight track release on Rekids Special Projects.

Bryan Chapman is from Southern England and runs the Monotony imprint while also appearing on quality labels like Dustin Zahn’s Enemy Records, Ricardo Garduno’s Illegal Alien and Cari Lekebusch’s H-Productions as he introduces his new EP Ròta that draws its title from Norse mythology.

For this DT:Premiere we selected “Kofan” that has a menacing feel straight out the gate. Edgy and hypnotic stabs create the abstract hook surrounded by other layers and fine touches of sound that keep it driving forward. The powerful track later adds more bleeping tones to the unrelenting style it beholds, and being one that seasoned techno heads will happily get lost in its mechanical aesthetic.
