@larook_esc , resident of Escape Kollektiv and Geheimclub Magdeburg, gets dancers‘ hips shaking. The DJ from Magdeburg discovered the sound of the turn of the millennium on his journey through the world of vinyl records, a sound that shaped him and continues to influence his musical creations to this day.

Together with friends, he began spinning records and earned a place in the Magdeburg music scene. Whether digital or vinyl, Larook’s mission as a connecting element between music and dance enthusiasts is clear: to create a space for free expression.

L'univers d'ARA se définit par une sensibilité et l’harmonie, quel que soit le style musical.  Sa sélection se construit tel un voyage, fusionnant progressive house, breakbeat et trance, avec une préférence marquée pour les sonorités des années 90 et les nouvelles explorations électroniques.

En 2021, elle prend l’initiative de créer le projet Connect'HER, visant à mettre en lumière les artistes issus des minorités de genre de la scène électronique française. Plus largement, ce projet  vise à mener des actions de sensibilisation et d'information afin de réduire les disparités entre hommes/femmes et minorités de genre.

Ara est aussi résidente chez Rinse, où son émission Connect’HER reflète son univers musical. Son premier EP est bientôt prévu et marquera son parcours artistique et l’ensemble de ses influences. Elle est également résidente au sein du colllectif Newtrack.
