Words can't describe the amount of heartbreak that came along with the news of Chester's passing... and I can't even imagine that feeling for the bandmates, friends and family of his. My heart goes out to all of them. Chester and Linkin Park helped me through so many difficulties in my life, and I sincerely owe my general interest in music to them almost wholly. They shaped me as a person, and curated my taste in music in a way that impacted my life and the way I produce music when I came into this path. I knew as soon as I heard the news that I needed to pay tribute to this legend in the only way I could. The inspiration he left behind is more than enough for a few lifetimes, to say the least. I am so happy and grateful to have lived in a time where I could have someone as amazing as Chester to be a voice of understanding for me in a time when I didn't even understand myself. RIP, Chester. Love to all those affected by his passing.
