Community Leader of the Year is presented to Alishah Novin. Alishah has been working in technology since 1991, when his older brother Sal taught him BASIC on a Zenith 286, QBASIC on a 486, and Visual Basic on a Pentium. Alishah worked with Sal for 8 years, where Sal taught him you can never be too busy to help a friend, and never have too many friends to help a stranger.

Tech Educator of the Year is presented to Richard Brent Greene. Richard is the Cybersecurity, Automonomus Vechicles and Computer Science teacher at Franklin High School in Williamson County. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics, and M.Ed. in Second Education-Mathematics, and endorsements in mathematics, earth science and technology/engineering. In 2019, he was honored with the National Center for Women and Information Technology Educator Award.
