Sleep Noise

I have a friend who get troublesleeping without the sound of an electric fan, similar to me who can't get to sleep when there's a clock ticking. So, I decided to record my old Sanyo fan with a pencil condenser mic.

To get some realistic result, better play it on a full range compo/speakers.

Electric Fan Sound (Relaxing Sound ...Well, for some people)

As a new parent, it can be hard to get your newborn to fall asleep! White noise can be part of the solution  — it has helped millions of babies sleep through the night. Parents can download an app to turn their smartphone into a sound level meter. One good, free, option is the sound level meter app created by the U.S. National Institutes for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) available on the app store as the NIOSH SLM app.
