Losing a parent or a loved one is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Especially if the loss occurs at an age where you’re not able to comprehend the situation fully.

It never gets easier.
Learning how to change any negative thoughts to positive ones is one of the first steps to overcome anything traumatizing in your life.
