We were in a band together called Gantry in London 38 years ago. We have not met up since, as we all live in different countries around the world, but through the magic of computers we have reunited after all this time. We now go by the name “RELOAD”.

We are:
Tibor January, UK: Drums. 
Alan Tomlinson, UK: Guitar. 
John Rawlinson, New Zealand: Bass. 
Selwyn Schneider, South Africa: Keyboards and Vocals.

By sending files to one another over the internet, we have recorded "Breathless and Blown Away" written by Selwyn which he has produced in his home studio in Cape Town.  We all think the final result is fantastic. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do, and re post and let the world hear it too."

The second track from RELOAD. Night and Day was written by Selwyn who  has done all the vocals aswell. As this was an earlier song of Selwyns, he had already played the guitar parts so Alan does not appear on this track, hence Al edited out of this version of the pic).

Night And Day

This track represents a "full" reunion of the band Gantry, which included Elmer Gantry on vocals.  Operator was written by Alan and Elmer, who has guested on this remake of Operator. And what a result!!   Elmers vocals are as strong and powerful as they always were. The edited pic shows what we looked like together back in the day :-)

Operator

Written by Alan Tomlinson this is a recent recording by RELOAD who are continuing the "Gantry" reunion under the new name. Alan takes the lead vocals, and with his amazing Rock Steady blues voice Alan gives Second Take an even more varied soundscape.

The latest  track from RELOAD. This is an instrumental written by Alan. Probably one the best tracks RELOAD have offered so far, owing hugely to Alans amazing production,  along with great playing from Alan, John, Tibor and Selwyn. As with all our tracks, please play on a really good system :-)

Fire and Water

We were all in a band together 38 years ago in London. We were active for only about one year then we broke up, never to see each other again!  Then Tibor and Alan met up in London around 2016. This led to a reunion over the WWW.  Alan (Guitar and Vocals) and Tibor (Drums) live in the UK, John (Bass) lives in New Zealand and Selwyn (Keyboards and Vocals) lives in South Africa. 

Elmer Gantry was the original vocalist in the band but is not part of the ongoing reunion project. However he has guested on the track "Operator", 

Even though we have not physically been together since those heady days, we have recorded 5 tracks together so far, and we are really proud of the outcome. Selwyn and Alan both have home studios and between them have produced the tracks.
