"Years ago when I restarted my career as Dj I remember the story how to get back into this business. I was visiting my buddy Davide Passavanti in his Office. We talked about the good old times 1990 to 2000 . There was the Trance decade here in Switzerland. Of course the good old Vinyl times. Then he showed me his new toy (really a toy), a very little tiny all in one controller from Hercules. He explained me all the functions and played some tracks and showed me all the effects. I was very impressed about the mixes and effects that I also try to play with it. I remember that I could not stop. But the time was flying and it s was midnight already. The next day I had to buy a controller from Native Instruments to get into this new Digital DJ World. I am still fascinated about the possibilities but the important thing is still the Music or the Tracks." - Roger Lavelle
