Julian Jeweil lands on Christian Smith’s Tronic label on Monday 5th December with his remix of the label-head’s ‘Initiate Sequence’. We’ve got the exclusive premiere of the rework above.

The original track is taken from Smith’s third solo album ‘Inut/Output’, which also landed via Tronic earlier this year. For his remix, Jeweil pairs his trademark destructive low end with searing claps to destructive effect.

Jeweil’s cut comes as part of a remix package that also includes material from Kenny Glasgow, Kaiserdisco and Victor Ruiz.

Eine besondere Inspirationsquelle hatte @patrikberg zu seiner neuesten EP nicht: „Meine Ideen entstehen meist während des Produzierens. Ich weiß selber nie, was am Ende des Tages entsteht.“ Für „Running Numbers“ wählte der Musiker drei Werke aus, die in seinem eigenen Studio produziert wurden: „Ich habe das große Glück, dass mein Studio direkt bei mir im Haus ist, daher ist es nicht weit, und ich kann jeden Moment kreativ nutzen.“ Das Titelstück, „Running Numbers“, ist umgeben von atmosphärischen und hypnotischen Synths, die einen tollen Groove auslösen. Eine ungeheuerliche Bassdrum kombiniert mit tighten Hats macht aus der Nummer etwas Großes. (...) Erscheint am 2. Juni 2017 mit einem Remix von @locoandjam via @filthonacid - das Label von @reinier-zonneveld.

Just over a year after the inaugural release of Reinier Zonneveld's Filth on Acid, it's with great pleasure to announce a EP with some of Zonneveld's favourite producers, with a collaboration between the label honcho and fellow Dutchman and top producer Bart Skils, while having producing duo 'Pig&Dan' on remix duties. With the original mix of 'Snakecharmer' containing a mesmerizing melodic line surrounded by thriving drums, the track is sure to bring the listener in a hypnotic ecstasy; it looks like Pig&Dan took parts of the hypnotic elements and sliced them through their magical Pig&Dan creative production process creating a peaktime techno signature remix that is mind blowing and for sure will eat up dancefloors. I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
