Remember The Music is a fundraising initiative created by Sydney-based music producer Ryan Enright at Rytone Studios.

The initiative aims to create a greater awareness and funding for critical research into the currently incurable disease known as Alzheimer’s. The album entices donations via crowd funding website, Go Fundraise, and is gifted to donors upon request at the completion of their donation with 100% of all proceeds going directly to the Hazel Hawke Alzheimer’s Research & Care Fund.

Ryan’s motivation for the initiative and personal connection to the disease is through his partner Amelia Gilchrist’s mother Frances Hargreaves, who was officially diagnosed 5 years ago with early onset Alzheimer’s at age 55. Now 5 years on, Frances is living under full time care with her son Sam and his family, and regularly stays with Ryan and Amelia on weekends. Ryan has seen first hand the devastating effects of this disease and is dedicated to working with the Hazel Hawke Alzheimer’s Research & Care Fund to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s.

Ryan specifically hand selected the Hazel Hawke Alzheimer’s Research & Care Fund as donations to this fund will help Alzheimer's Australia to improve the quality of dementia care in Australia and develop new opportunities for emerging researchers to develop their careers in the dementia research field. The foundation also lists the recipients of their grants each year and does an outstanding job of raising the profile of Alzheimer’s disease and reducing the strong sense of isolation that thousands of Australians with dementia experience.

An ARIA-charting and globally published songwriter/music producer, Ryan has worked with many familiar faces from popular TV series’ Australian Idol, The Voice, The X-Factor, and even Beauty & The Geek.

The team of artists that have all generously donated their time and talents include Amelia Gilchrist, Bec Quinn, Chris Sebastian, David Lang, John Romeo, Julie Enright, Lachlan Cosgrove, Lee Harding, Mark Da Costa, Michaela Baranov and Tahlia Aubusson. As the album title, #Duets4Dementia, suggests, each artist features in an emotionally driven duet performance with the albums creator, Ryan Enright.

The overwhelmingly generous people behind the music include Carrie Enright who designed all of the artwork, Adam McElnea from Sonamax Mastering who mastered the entire album, Michael Watson & Daniel Sanguineti from Sanguineti Media for producing the "Home" video clip, and Victor Reyes who provided guidance, friendship and support in piecing this whole project together from start to finish.

Backed by the full support of the Hazel Hawke Alzheimer’s Research & Care Fund, the album has been endorsed by Sue Pieters-Hawke who stated… "In loving memory of Hazel Hawke, I bid you to listen to this compilation of songs from today's young music artists who have lent their time and talents to this worthwhile cause" – Sue Pieters-Hawke
