Leo Cap is a dubstep alias of Black Barrel - Russian dnb producer with releases on Metalheadz, Dispatch Recordings, Sofa Sound, Vandal Records & Spearhead to name a few. With such a powerful background of him there's big chance that you'll receive something special from the established artist on his first EP on a new territory. And you're getting this special ting on all 4 tracks of the EP without exceptions. Ruff dnb aerodynamic with tuff dubstep beats and pushy bass. There are three degrees of dancefloor pressure on the EP in the following order: 'Shake Your Flow' that have enough space for b’boy stances, 'Tremors' that makes pressure more obvious and dangerous, and finally 'White Eyes' that lefts no chances for all survivors. All these cuts works properly in right hands. 'Lost In Rave' without a doubt is the deepest cut on the EP that gives a listener great feelings of space and a rave trip. Erupting on the scene, Zero State Kid from West Bengal churns out a menacing and cut-throat 2 track EP of bass driven industrial Dubstep beats embellished with rich, home-cultured sounds. 

This EP is heavily inspired by Indian classical sounds and instruments fused with UK soundsystem music. and artists like Alix Perez, Oddkut, Mungk etc. Adding his own signature sound i.e experimental bass fused with punchy drums.

HELLO! if you're reading this then you've been lucky enough to receive a link to my first debut album! Release date is still very much TBD, as the album is not yet completed. were sitting at approximately 65% completion on this project.

little back story, the album was titled the first light collective due to it being made along side many of my friends, some of them being producers who worked on some of these projects, or just sat in on the session to be there with me throughout the journey. Ive gone through many tribes and tribulations to get to this point, and im so thankful to be where im at musically. thank you all.

Mentored by one of the geniuses of the Portuguese Bass scene, the wonderful late Razat, RIP, Carlos Salgueiro, producing under the moniker Dead End, has come from deep hip-hop roots to passionately embrace what has been labelled as the ‘future sound’ of Bass music. Tasteful pallets of abstract, ethereal structures, raw powered-up bass movements and artfully composed, but heavy as fuck, beats are just some of the ingredients.”

A few of the more open-minded Bass scenes including Bristol, Denver and Shenzhen, to name a few, have been embracing this crunchy, ‘Wonkay’ universe of Halftime for years now. Unchained are very much part of the this religion, operating under the same guiding principle….. “a bent frequency is a good frequency”

Enter Dead End with his “Strapped” EP. Whilst we envision that this release may not necessarily be for the old school head, we love this for its dirty aesthetic, tidal wave low-end and for its effect on unsuspecting dancefloors.

As an aside, Unchained would like to thank everyone for their support in recent days and weeks, we very much appreciate it. We hope this EP and future Unchained releases see you through the end of lockdown.
