It's impossible to pick a favorite season, but the mood of Fall is always so welcoming. A nice cup of tea and some falling leaves. A cozy sweater and a bon fire with friends. Some pumpkin cider or some hot coffee. On a nice Fall day, everything feels right.

Here to keep the autumnal vibes alive, we present 30 new tracks from some of our favorite musicians and beatmakers in the Chillhop community. With 44 artists assisting across 30 tracks, Essentials Fall 2023 is our biggest release yet! A 2xLP to keep you afloat as the seasons change from hot to warm to cool. As the nights grow a bit longer and we prepare to hunker indoors for the cold months ahead. 

Featuring Chillhop familiars like Ian Ewing, Psalm Trees, L'Indécis, The Doppelgangaz, Arbour, SwuM, Evil Needle, Aso, and so many others, while also featuring new additions to the growign family, like Wowflower, Rose Noir, and Jay Prince.

We hope you enjoy these 66 minutes of jazzy beats, lofi instrumentals, chill hip-hop. You might call it downtempo, or trip-hop, or ambient/electronic. We don't really care. If the vibes are right (and they are) we hope you call it Chillhop. A new season is officially here, so dig up your hoodie and pour some dark roast as you listen to this warmly curated compilation.
