Studio Pandora is a free-to-visit hybrid between an off- and online stage in TivoliVredenburg. In the former smoking area on the sixth floor podcasts about music are developed, DJs are given free reign and a stage is created for conversations about culture and/or Utrecht. Studio Pandora was created thanks to the experiences of TivoliVredenburg in recent times. A souvenir of the COVID era, which artist Dewy Elsinga has turned into a colourful and warm headquarter, by which we’d like to offer a kickstart to starting, experimenting and often local creatives.

One of the dutch DJ's and 3Gram resident that has seen a steady rise from the deepest corners of the underground is Rene Engel. Began DJ-ing in the nineties and Influenced by his love for a broad range of styles. Fueled by his love to perform and deliver quality tracks of what he feels the crowd & venue needs at that moment but always keeps in mind what the dj after him is playing. Big love for b2b sets with likeminded people and can play deep opening sets or put him on the line up for a uplifting and energetic closing set, he loves it all and the longer the better! 
The feeling for the underground is reflected in the mixes he puts out and it is this particular element that defines him the most as DJ: The ability to dig deep and hard for that one track that crawls under your skin and touches the soul or groove your ass off :)
He continues to put his name on the listings of some of the best clubs and events the Netherlands and abroad has to offer. Played at the best venues like Paradiso, Paradigm, Studio 80, Sisyphos Berlin, or festivals like 18hrs Festival, Amsterdam Open Air, Shoeless Festival, Sonar Barcelona and many more.
