Melancholy and driven by chordal guitar, big mouth is musically and emotionally informed by 80s new wave and 90s alternative. Legato vocal melodies, drum layering, and dark synths call back to proto-vaporwave from Daize, Ultra-era Depeche Mode, and Ride.
