I was sitting in traffic in Los Angeles and saw someone in their car rocking out to music. I thought,  " I wanna be the music in their car".  I wanted my music to help inspire and make people feel that good all the time! When I started writing the song with my friend the song changed directions into more of a love song as I was at the beginning of my relationship with my now-husband. " I wanna be the music in your heart"
