it is a physical and vocal experiment in which i recorded several vocal tracks without looping the tracks.
some tracks are rhythmic and improvised breathings, others are ostinatos, melodies and improvisations.
during the recording session i was breathing in  and out for about 3 minutes. i also recorded a a repeated melody and i improvised on it. Max Peters spiced the recordings up with effects. through this process - the continous rhythmic breathing and singing - i reached a phisical and mental state that can be compared to a kind of trance experience.

Es ist ein körperliches und stimmliches Experiment, in dem ich mehrere Gesangsspuren ohne „loop“ (Wiederholung) aufgenommen habe.
Einige Spuren sind rhythmische und improvisierte Atmung, andere sind gesungene ostinato, (rhythmisch wiederholte) Melodien und Improvisationen. Max Peters hat das Ganze mit Effekten gewürzt.
Während des Aufnahmeprocesses habe ich ca. 3 Minuten lang rhythmisch ein - und ausgeatmet. Ich habe zusätzlich eine rhythmisch-wiederholte Melodie aufgesungen und drauf improvisiert. Durch den kontinuierlichen rhythmischen Atmungen und Singen habe ich  einen Zustand erreicht, der sich mit einer Art Trance-Erlebnis vergleichen lässt.
