I don't like Renoise for one thing, often renoise on itself better, i was attributing it to me fiddling with something, but actually... Whoever rendered it used safety things, like anti clipping... Don't use them pls never, i think Jalex set me up here... I would never settle for - 6 dB, not in Renoise with nah

The Mana series is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and I've never done a full song using just the Secret of Mana soundfont so here goes I guess

The word "mana" has multiple meanings in my native language so the title can be read as either "on the lands of magical power" or "on the lands of death"

The original was done in 11, and i wanted to make it groove like the club music that was the backdrop to many miracles in my life. Where telebasher made 11 groove, I decided to use disorienting syncopation against a heavily sidechained 4 on the floor beat. Hope you like it!
