Gomes & Vin-E. The godfathers of the UK sound in Holland. Nowadays Gomes is known as the man behind Oi! but this guy used to be the one and only during the garage days early 2000. Skillwise Gomes was the only dj to get near dj EZ's level. His fast way of mixing became the standard and his love for grime became the prelude to bring dubstep to the big crowd. Same goes for Vin-E. Vin-E was pound for pound the best MC out there. Everybody wanted to sound like Vin-E and everybody wanted to spit like MC Vin-E.

This Boycott will be dedicated to the ol school. Gomes & Vin-E will be playing an ol school UK set together with big poppa Cream, these veterans will show where all this whole UK bass thing came from. Because the Guerilla Speakerz will be playing in London that weekend. The Architecs will be replacing them this edition. These young talents know UK and destroy the crowd every single set. DJ Rockid and the Samurai Hippos will complete Team Boycott and Sampiee will navigate this army to WAR!

Guerilla Speakerz, the captains of the BOYCOTT ship, began with BOYCOTT to represent a particular breed of club music that wasn’t getting the shine or recognition it deserved. Influenced by everything from grime and house to hip hop and garage they invited upcoming producers from the UK, France and Australia that would represent the Boycott sound. Expect a full range of electronic dubby rhythmic tunes trampling your ears and force your hands to fist pump yourself through the night.

History: Eprom, Canblaster, Girl Unit, Sinjin Hawke, Greenmoney, Mumdance, Hostage, Woz, Warrior One, Royal T, Manare, Baobinga etcc. These DJ's and the Dutch DJ's we booked like Gomes, Bobby6Killers, Cinnaman, Cream, Karimooo, Brutuzz, Akkachar all fortified the BOYCOTT concept and is therefore seen as one of the leading UK minded parties in Holland.

The first contact in terms of becoming interested in electronic music was in the early 90’s. Like all of my friends I started celebrating in techno clubs and we became part of the rising gabber and trance movement. I remember listening to „Orange Theme” by Cygnus X in one of these clubs and from that day on I felt myself dedicated making music. A great benefit has always been my Amiga what took the role of my fist electronic instrument. In 1995 I was happy to get my hands on an old analog Synthesizer for little money. Soon I had a 303 as well and the virus of self-made synthesized sounds and tracks was set free and never became contained. It was Trance and Acid what I was interested in most when the styles started differing.
In 1996 I had a few live-acts in our region. 1997 and 1998 I produced several intros for DJ mates and the beats for a local gothic-band. 1999 I started my apprenticeship as a media designer. The same time a community among fellow artists war established. Because of that I was able to stay in contact with the mates and joined them as a technician in many occasions.
On one hand I was working with musicians but on the other hand I was restrained by the time-consuming task.
Years went by and I finally found back to my roots. Since last year my focus went back to my own productions. Most important for me has always been the Groove and Harmony when it comes to creating my own worlds of sound. I think that I’m just floating in between House and Techno. I want my music to be moving and psychedelic. The influence of Trance in the early years I will never be able to deny.
