Field Records is to release a two-CD compilation of music from the label's artists old and new entitled simply, Collection. 

The first of three samplers features Acronym, Ben Buitendijk and Voiski. Acronym's track '16 Cygni' is a sci-fi bit of techno that is speedy, slick and intergalactic, whilst Ben Buitendijk offers up some Millsian, streamlined techno urgency with his 'Colourblind' and finally Voiski gets all elastic and industrial tinged with his whip lashing effort.

Diynamic label artist David August puts a spin on Kollektiv Turmstrasse's "Last Day," a lovely piece of tech-house released back in 2009. His revision sees a deeper, warm, and meditative track with delicious chords and consuming basslines—-all resulting in an intoxicating audio-watering hole that you'll never want to leave. A year on from 'Fernweh', Laux is releasing two split remix EPs that give the album a complete re-imagining. There are edits from the likes of Steve Rachmad, Ray Kajioka and one Marcel Dettmann.

Dettmann is arguably one of the finest techno DJs on the planet and if he's not rinsing the Berghain sound-system, he's touring non-stop and running things at his stellar MDR imprint. 

For his edit he's served up a fierce, menacing and calculated track, one that uses monstrous kicks, demonic synths and driving hi-hats.

We've got the premiere and if you like techno, you're in for a real treat. Check it.
