Blood Trust returns to his ‘Digital Red Label Series’ with another barrage of near-future tension. This latest instalment outlines the echoes of tech-step, industrial techno, and hypnotic dread, assembled into a deeper level of refinement for Blood Trust’s sound.

“Stimulant” recalls the curtain fire mania of Japanese first person shooters, and the animation that inspired them. Rushing snare rolls whiplash past missed obstacles, anchored by a hypnotic call and response of precision bursts and dissonance.

S - Capade got into the sound of hardcore jungle in the early nineties. Based on his background as a drummer he supported many DJ sets and then soon after became a DJ himself. Starting out his new found vocation he played a number of pirate Radio stations in Europe and swiftly moved onto the underground club scene. Adding to the DnB industry further he started promoting events and soon after became part owner and resident DJ at the legendary Massive Tunes and Oxygen events in Aachen, Germany. 
This EP is further evidence that S - Capade has a great love for the music and its many styles, fitting perfectly into Architecture Recordings’s philosophy. Originality and innovation at the centre of the ARX mindset.
Never failing to “rise” to the occasion, S - Capade delivers a solid EP, which is action packed from start to finish. He also teams up with the highly talented SIN on the EP, showcasing a great synchronicity in sound. With a clear vision of the future, Architecture Recordings is ready and set to enter into the new year with a sonic boom! Stay tuned…..

On September 11th , Bristolian futurist Krust presents ‘Constructive Ambiguity’ – plus an exclusive B-side called 'Tree of Life', released via Crosstown Rebels. 
 
Both tracks on the single appear as if beamed-in from the edge of the universe, way beyond the precipice in a metaphysical netherworld.

With disregard for structure tropes, ‘Constructive Ambiguity’ is an engrossing and unpredictable speed through various atmospheres and environments that belies its 12-minute length. A careering space-shuttle-bassline bounces through an asteroid shower at high velocity, slowing at intervals when the cosmos becomes clear, before the next onslaught.
 
‘Tree Of Life’ harnesses the power of repetition with an incessant militant beat, which eventually leads into a formidably musical passage of dark, ominously beautiful cinematic ambience that evokes the profound unknown.

It’s clear this pre-eminent electronic icon who constantly and integrally blew minds throughout the 90s and 00s is on his best ever form, having explored radical new philosophical, mental and creative
processes to return revitalised.
