This is one of my all-time favourite and definitive vaporwave productions. What struck me immediately was the ability of this music to forsake the need for any expectations and make it necessary to forget the thing that's being experienced, and instead rely entirely on and get lost in the experience itself. The vaporwave experience transcends rules, genres, and time, and I think the greatest vaporwave manages to achieve an almost zen-like balance between feeling nostalgic, forgotten, distorted, familiar, uncanny, strange, beautiful, you get the idea.. "Bullet For The General" seamlessly takes you into something that feels like a dream or a moment lost in time, that somehow feels long forgotten and yet never lets you forget that this is a recording, a sound, an experience that is urgently and distinctly *now*, as if this long-ago production was recovered from decades of obscurity and recovered in damaged fragments through technology far succeeding its origin. -myxo

Just passing by to say I've been listening to this over 2 years on the Channel Surfing Vaporwave compilation and it is indeed one of my favorite tracks. My university final paper is about vaporwave and this track will be at the presentatio haha

This completes me. Hollow and yet pleasant. Need it on Vinyl...
