While everyone has been distracted watching Elon Musk build a spaceship and China take over the world, a storm has been brewing far larger than either of these feats. Three individuals found themselves on a giant rock they called Planet Rave filled with the most Magic People that ever lived. Earth was becoming a little overrated anyway, so maybe it was time for something new.

Today we find Elternhouse & M.F.S: Observatory with their heads down and their asses up, bringing us their new two-track record fall of pumping energy and brooding basslines. Magic People tops the release with its percussive touches and rave saws that will have you positioning yourself in front of the biggest speakers you can find in no time. The flip Planet Rave is an extension of these boys’ talents featuring retro 90s stabs, snare rolls and more white noise than you could fit into your baggiest trousers. This one’s not only a tech house ‘banger', but a floor destroyer. Main stage vibes, melt your eyebrows kinda energy.

It’s a big yes for these Europeans and we love what they’re putting down! Now where’s Elon, we have a ride to catch.

-How long have you been creating music?
I've been creating music for about 6 years now.

-What do you use to make your tracks?
I use Live 10 with a Maschine MK3 and a basic MIDI controller.

-How and when did you discover Dirtybird?
I discovered Dirtybird for the first time when I was 14 years old. 2013. I was starting to go to clubs and when I started looking for the songs that played on those nights, Dirty's tracks were always my favorites.

-Which Dirtybird artist would you most like to collaborate with?
This one is difficult… I can't name just one. But I think it would be amazing with CourT, Sirus Hood and Lubelski.


-If your whole life was a movie, what title would best describe you?
The Real Laza in Music and Madness

-What's the best show you've ever been to?
Jorge Ben Jor in Curitiba

-If you could time travel, where and when would you go?
Probably to Woodstock

-Which species of bird best describes you and why?
Arara Azul
It is a rare Brazilian bird that is in danger of extinction.

-What does Dirtybird mean to you?
Dirtybird means a lot to me, the beginning of everything! It was the first record label I really started listening to and it made me want to learn to play. It taught me a lot, what a label was and the whole story behind it, the essence, the originality and most importantly, the fun. When Bruno Furlan started releasing on DB I was crazy about his tracks, I saw him playing for the first time and I started to like everything DB represents even more. Bruno was a huge inspiration for me at the time, and still is. I remember dreaming of maybe one day being a part of it and now I'm here! Crazy!

Get ready to dive into the sonic world of 'Stay Strange Vol. 1', a compilation that features four extraordinary bangers by exciting artists. This sampler delivers a kaleidoscope of sounds where each track is an exploration of genre-defying beats that promise to push your musical boundaries. 

Strange Tunes Vol. 1 is spearheaded by Strangelove-favorite FOOLiE, who contributes with 'Get Away' a dark, slow burning track, that gradually picks up steam and won us over with it’s unique industrial feel. Closing out the Strange Tunes Vol. 1 we have another Brazilian house maestro in the form of Tamar Sabadini. 'Strange Signals' is a proper stomper, and features Techno like influences whilst retaining a bit of that South American flair.
