When did you start making music?
I started playing piano and guitar at an early age and was in a few punk bands during high school. I later dabbled in hip-hop production and turntablism. In 2011, I began taking music production more seriously and graduated from the Los Angeles Recording School—the same time I started making house music.

What makes YOU qwerky?
I was actually drawn to Qwerk’s artwork and aesthetic before I even knew it was a label. Once I dove in, I felt completely aligned with the sound and artist roster.

If you were a cartoon character, who would you be?
Definitely a Simpson—it’s my favorite cartoon, and if you check out my socials, you’ll see I’ve already been illustrated as one!

What’s your favorite sound?
Bass, anything low frequency

You’re making dinner at your house… what’s on the menu? 
I make a mean Japanese Curry.

Who are 3 people you’d invite? (from any time period)
Right now, I’d say Rick Rubin, Alan Watts, and Will Clarke, because I’ve been spending most of my drive time listening to their podcasts.
