I am always amazed when a rainbow appears in the sky. Beautiful but temporary. Our lives can be like rainbows. When the rain comes it can be a stormy day until the sunshine's again. If we're lucky,  a rainbow appears and we can take time to enjoy the moment.

LA VILLE LUMIERE

On August 8, 2023 the unthinkable happened. The town of Lahaina on the Island of Maui was completely destroyed by a wild fire leaving nearly one hundred precious lives lost and thousand homeless and losing everything they own. It will take years to rebuild but will never be the same. I wrote this song as I somber reminder that it will take the help of many to accomplish this task and strength from the spirit of love and compassion.
