Black Girl / White Girl have been firing on all cylinders since their last release on EI8HT back in July of last year.  The uber talented ladies have been clocking up some seriously infectious releases for Maya Jane Coles’ HE.SHE.THEY label, System Records and AEROBIK, amongst others.

And so, it’s a welcome return to Eats Everything & Andres Campo’s EI8HT imprint, with the bustling ‘HALLUCIN8’ EP yielding four tracks of pumping, techy goodness!

The seriously bouncing beats on ‘Bad Moon Rising’ will be shaking some bones, as the duo keep it lively with fat congas and funky tones, whilst ‘Skin On Skin’ keeps the vibrancy with a jumping jack track of the highest order!

Rubbery synths race around a weighty groove, punctuated by vocal shots and urgent percussion on ‘Microdotz’, whilst EP finale, ‘Range Of Vision’, is a linear and nimble minimal cut that showcases why Black Girl / White Girl are one of the hottest production teams on the block right now.

In February 2020 Pfirter & Oliver Rosemann released their first highly acclaimed collaboration on MindTrip called Alpha. A year later they joined forces again for a shared release on Par Grindvik's label Stockholm LTD with 'Beta EP', a 4 tracker mainly recorded in one take.
September 2021 marks their return to MindTrip with yet another stellar record. 'Gamma' brings forward their old-school inspirations expressed in loopy cuts combined with evolving arrangements and the pair's well-known raw energy. A high point in a series of collaborations with even more chapters ahead. The Greek alphabet does not end with Gamma.

Marcel Reix cues up a trio of uncompromising techno bangers for his ‘Stay Focused’ EP on Eats Everything & Andres Campo’s burgeoning EI8HT imprint.

The Venezuelan/Spanish DJ & producer has impressed with his releases for Kraftek and his own Fire & Fog Recordings, and further spreads his wings on this latest EP.

Three bottom end beauties all hit the spot; ‘Fast Lane’ is abundant with energy as its panel beating drums and hefty sub frequencies boldly charge forward.  On ‘Sporadic’, Reix creates a wall of sound as a rigorous and pacey workout is softened only by the spongy tones that furnish it melody, whilst ‘Stay Focused’ offers up discordant and kaleidoscopic hues over its pummeling rhythm.

The fifth instalment in the K Series is partitioned into two segments of coarse sound works and dilated atmospheres. Ø [Phase] is one of the most interesting artists around, representing England, he explores new facets of techno with his mesmerising and progressive productions as well as fulfilling the functional needs of a club DJ. A regular on Kriz’s Token, he has also appeared on Len Faki’s Figure, Slam’s Soma, Ben Sims’ Machine Label, and collaborated with artists such as Rødhåd, Antigone, and the mighty Underworld.

Launching his own label Modwerks in the process of releasing his third album titled Before This, it once again shows his depth as a creative marksman and fearless experimenter.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the track “Morphic-R that wastes no time taking off. Rolling and pulsing synth jabs lay under flickering hats and a stomping beat that create the energetic mood. Later the hook opens up with audio effects for stronger impact and static textures add a delicate touch to the impeccable sound design.
