Ketacore teams up with the Orange socks cassette label to release their first cassette release. The cassette is a split between UK doomcore legend Fifth Era http://www.doomraver.com/  and Dutch artist ▲NGST.
The 90 min tape features 7 exclusive Fifth era tracks incl remixes by Capslock, Raum 107 & Kompressor and ▲NGST. The ▲NGST side contains 5 tracks incl Capslock and Fifth Era Remixes.
The tape is limited to 50 pro-dubbed purple tapes in bright green boxes with artwork by Remona Poortman (http://www.remonapoortman.com) & ▲NGST. All tapes come with a download link for 320k mp3, or FLAC digital version.

Diffuse is a new alias for Japanese producer Engage Blue, who debuts with an almost album-length EP for Traumatic. “The Curse” is dominated by slow and pounding beats alright, with an amount of distortion that is considerably higher than doomcore standard. Those rhythmic chunks contrast with a dark ambient backdrop (rather than warm and melodic pads) and very sparse samples, making for a captivating, almost goth atmosphere running like a common thread through these 40 minutes. “The Curse” stands solid proof that Traumatic is there to push the genre!
