IMPVLSIV is the multi-textured techno project of Melina, based in Athens/Greece. After studying music for a decade, electronic music completely took over and during the outbreak of covid she began the craftmanship of music production & djing. 
Her sets are a combination of an oldschool vibe with a twist of raw industrial sound, but never forgetting about the hypnotic element. 
Freshly active in the techno scene and passionate about experimentation and uniting through partying, she has participated in many gigs at venues such as Astron Bar, Vondelbunker (Amsterdam) Six Dogs, Temple Athens, Romantso & Β-Side. Recently, she had her debut at Tresor New Faces at Berlin hosted by Enigma.
In 2023 she released her first track in “The Pact” VA, alongside with artists like Crystal Geometry, DΛS, Bestial Mouths and many more, as well as her first EP “ATASTHALIES" again on Public Sex Regime from Amsterdam.

Continuation is a Chicago-based DJ and producer. Gaining inspiration from the dreamy techno of Deepchord and Echospace, Continuation is a member of the DJ duos Shudders and Discdog. He was a resident at the legendary Danny's in Chicago, and has performed at Elastic Arts, the California Clipper, the Listening Club, Lumpen Radio, and more. This mix, recorded in December of 2023, is the fruit of a new exploration into tight grooves and otherworldly sound design.

Both originating from Basel Switzerland, experimental dance outlets Amenthia Recordings and A Walking Contradiction combine forces and present their first collaborative release. Both known for their dare-to-do-different approach and proudly presenting sounds that come from their inner circle of friends they compiled the Flash Crash / Hack Crash EP with exactly this mindset. From Agonis' heavy stepper to Konduku's whirlpool of low frequencies on the Amenthia side with Lemont continuing on this same low-end tripped-out tip to the slo-mo swamp sounds from Varuna representing A Walking Contradiction in typical fashion.

‘96 - the peak of Goa Trance and the likes of Paul Oakenfold and Sasha. The same year two boys named Igor were born in Belgrade, Serbia. 
Locally well known deejays following their own journey through sound, (Igor) Cosmic G and (Igor) Dakman have already shown maturity in both choosing and making records; their first studio work together nested IGORI, a four track EP neatly blending each one’s distinctive sound.

Straight off the bat “I” opens a portal into another dimension, with crispy percussion and intricate baseline progression, gated sounds leading to a swift breakdown before the groove takes hold once again.

“G” shows its darker tone, captivating progressive trance melodies of the turn of the century: distant vocalizations cleverly fiddle with an ever-evolving harmony, as the percussive tones maintain a high energy.

Perhaps musically the biggest achievement of the EP is the third track “O” - melodic storytelling reflecting more analogue times is tightly arranged around a striped down drum groove laced with minimal synth stabs.

“R” reflects the mood of the entire release with a classic progressive sound, swinging back to a more obscure, deep tech direction. IGORI EP is closed with an unstoppable drum programming carried by multitrack of melodies, showing a leveled collaboration of two gifted producers.
