Two's Day, initially meant to be a trap freestyle laced with precise flows and boastful braggadocio. Things took a slight turn when we realized that the date it was set to release was a ubiquitous palindrome date (2/2/22) and on a Tuesday . This meant it had a special astrological meaning; the heightened sense of intuition brought about by the number '2'. Reseggo decided to add a monologue and a single chorus towards the end of the song, which highlighted a theme of encouragement and being blessed twice over.

With the adoption of devices like metaphors,imagery and double to tipple entendres etc Reseggo ViceGrip is essentially a vivid description of how he has his counterparts on their toes.
He enlists several flows that switch on the flick of a dime and hints of animation through use of different voices giving the song a lasting aftertaste on the listener’s pallet.
On the chorus Reseggo’s unorthodox choice to use a soft approach unlike his merciless, blunt and snarling approach within the three verses gives the song an intelligent balance. The dark and rich chest voice used on the chorus with the help of simple lyricism adds a calm cool R&b theme on top of the gruesome rap theme found in the verses. The use of a recurring synth-like bell and the gloomy bellowing bass etc in the instrumental bring everything together.

ViceGrip

Intuition brings self conversation to the forefront as Reseggo questions his gut feeling (intuition) over ballad-like rhythmic, simplistic,slow, mature & soulful chords in the song’s 1st half & alternative up-tempo dark elements in the song’s 2nd half (climax).
This self directed talk pertains to a relationship in which one faces the crossroad predicament of following through a journey with a special someone & ignoring your intuition’s directives or simply honoring the directives & letting go. Reseggo enlists several vocal techniques & a good amount of his soulful range to convey this lyrical masterpiece by starting slow with his chest voice & quickly into his falsetto on the 2nd verse. Then a leap into his head mix register & belts powerful enough to fill arenas/stadiums for the song’s climax to match & evoke emotions & feelings as such  . He sprinkles several two-part & three-part harmony’s to add emphasis & fullness across the song & uses intelligent laser sharp melismas/ runs and riffs in specific parts for stylistic and emotive purposes.
