Fascinated with numerology and cosmology of the Dagara people of Burkina Faso, West Africa, Amina became an apprentice of Sobonfu and Malidoma Somé, learning their cosmology, spirituality, rituals and divination.
She's also authored her second edition of Math in a (Kola) Nutshell and The Rhythm of Mathematics.
