Somos una banda Mexicana de Posthardcore, Metalcore y Nümetal
nuestras principales influencias son: Underoath, The Amity Afliction, Architects, Like moths to flames, Beartooth y Ocean Grove.

Nuestro estilo de música es dinámico, estridente e intenso con toques oscuros y melancólicos.

Residence es fundado en enero de 2017 por el vocalista Yhec Moizse(ex Like My Enemies), al Proyecto se Suman Luis como baterísta en febrero de 2017, Eddy como guitarrista en Marzo de 2017 y Eli como bajista en Enero de 2018
todos procedentes de Actopan, Hidalgo, México.


El nombre de la banda "Residece" proviene del inglés que significa "Alojamiento" o "Casa"; "El proyecto inicia en mi hogar, es un sueño hecho en casa, nosotros somos los residentes de este proyecto y este es nuestro hogar" -YhecMoizse2017

Nuestras letras hablan de forma introspectiva , y están inspiradas en vivencias personales.
Tratamos de plasmar en nuestra música nuestros sentimientos o algún  "sonido" producto de nuestra imaginación o inspiración al escuchar a los artistas que nos gustan al momento de componer cada canción.
