Live recording taken before State of Trance. This set was pretty intentional all the way the through and a practice recording of my favorite 90s tracks... 90s trance and acid galore, 140-178 BPM total 90s rave vibe. These sounds were played for 2 hours in a warehouse in LA March 2022.

Ivan Halyha - the man in black, hailing from the Ukrainian Donbas, is a young
representative of the Polish techno scene, a promoter, DJ, and producer.
Formerly based in Wrocław, in search of new inspiration, he has relocated to
Poznań.

Deeply rooted in the black metal culture, he is a longtime drummer for
Mord'A'Stigmata (performing under the alias YGG). Collaborating with various artists, he is involved in many musical projects that will gradually see the light
of day. As a drummer, he has played hundreds of concerts in various locations
across Europe and throughout Poland with different bands.

Recently, he released his debut track titled "Zhnyva Viry (The Harvest of Faith - ЖНИВА ВІРИ)," which appeared on a compilation from the Poznań club
Projekt Lab. The track is available on Bandcamp (link below).
He is the founder of electronic projects/collectives such as Chaotic Cult, New Faces of Techno, Zona, and others, through which he has organized dozens of events in Poland.

Performing both DJ sets and Live Acts, he has shared the stage with artists
such as Ancient Methods, Crystal Geometry, The Brvtalist, Codex Empire, Sarin, Philipp Strobel, Melania., Imperial Black Unit, Schwefelgelb, UVB, NZM99, Tham, Zamilska, and many more. He has taken the stage at various venues in Poland and Europe, including festivals both in Poland and abroad.
Representing genres like industrial, techno, deep ritual, experimental, noise,
black metal, and noir.

"We're getting better at what we do." The Australian dance music trio discuss their longtime creative collaboration and their new album, Inhale / Exhale.

Australian electronic dance trio Rüfüs Du Sol—composed of the artists Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt—is synonymous with catchy, vocal-led bangers. They've received a huge amount of success in more commercial and underground scenes in the more than 10 years that they've been active. In fact, they hit it big from their very first release, Atlas, which peaked at #1 in the Australian charts when it came out in 2013. In the years that have elapsed since, they have won a Grammy Award (and multiple nominations) and sold out stadium shows around the world.

In this Exchange, they talk to RA editor Gabriel Szatan in a closed door interview recorded at San Francisco's Portola Festival. The trio took a break from music-making for a period and even moved to different cities. Since they've reconvened, they've undertaken a number of measures to refine their inter-group communication, which has included wellness exercises, group therapy and breath work. They talk about this in some detail, as well as the realities of touring as they've gotten older and started having families. The time required to "fill their bucket" in between tours, as they say, is more critical than ever.

As an outfit that's worked together for a long time, they also reveal the intricacies of their now well established creative process, such as how they create internal momentum in songwriting, and their newest album, Inhale / Exhale, which they will tour throughout 2025.
