At Houghton 2025, Melina Serser eased the crowd deeper into the afternoon with a slew of tripped-out, chuggy tunes at Outburst.

LAST DRESDEN RECORDING AT CORSICA

This is a part of the recording of my set at Bonanza Festival 2025 in Colombia.
I was offered to play on the last day of the festival, a 3h slot on Sunday morning, from 10:30 am onwards. Every DJ probably knows that this is a very tricky time slot, especially after 3 days n nights of partying in a hot and humid climate. It’s the time of the day when the feet get tired and the rising sun with higher temperatures creates an overall heavy feeling, that calls for a small siesta.

So, what to do in moments like this? You want to make sure people don’t leave, but also want to make it easy for them and not push too hard, right? At least that’s what I always wish for in these situations: a laid back vibe, warm sounds, a bit uplifting, but not too much, deep but not too low, trippy but not too crazy. Something that allows me to move slower, but keeps me engaged. Something that still feels good when I sit down to rest or float in the water while my mind is dancing.

For me DJing is always about creating an atmosphere, ideally one that matches the setting. I felt that this was not the moment to push things or impressing with big drop moments, but rather taking a step back and allowing for a little breather before the last night of the festival.

For the next edition of our live podcast series, we have the pleasure of featuring one of the pillars of Cartulis and one of our beloved residents, Junki Inoue.

This set was recorded during our Cartulis showcase at WOMB, one of the most important clubs in Japan and Asia, alongside S.O.N.S and Unai Trotti, as part of the celebrations for our 15th anniversary.

Junki was in charge of setting the mood for the night with a set that reflects the adaptability of a DJ, and what it truly means to play the right music for the right moment, while always maintaining his unique sound and refined taste.

Captured live on 28.02.2026 for Outcast Core within the concrete depths of Bunker Teatro, this transmission marks the fourth live performance by Innuendo.

Melting through different musical spheres, a need for eclecticism arose, leaving behind only the auditory artifact you are about to experience.

Long live the psychedelic rodeo.
