Summoning sounds from well below the surface and far beyond the ozone layer, we're treated here to a blissed out blend of atmospheric groovers inspired by the natural surrounds of the Moonshoe boss' daily commute.

Trushmix presents Bristol's own Curly Waters. No stranger to the Trushmix series. This time Curly was on a visit in Berlin, and played a smashing set at DJ Sotofett's  Tresor x Wania night at Globus/Tresor!

Here a three hour set consisting of quality mostly house and techno music. As an opening set for an amazing night, Curly starts easy and gradually builds up a consistent strong vibe and energy. Some dubby sounds, US style, UK sounds, electro, hints of breakbeat, and some good shifts in tempo and groove. This is it!

Formerly in Berlin, and now based in Lisbon, Nova Retra a.k.a. Nancy is a DJ and selector with a daring, mature and playful repertoire. Never predictable and always classy, her sets and mixes  are journeys in the true sense of the word - and her contribution to our mix series is no exception to that rule.

So, pour yourself a glass of your favorite spring time beverage, skip the OG egg hunt, and enjoy a proper musical Easter egg from a digger on the rise. Viel Spaß!

An incredibly overdue contribution from a prolific Australian born but Berlin based producer/DJ, @rudolf-c. Rudolf C, co-founder of the incredible @salt-mines label, has been releasing groovy, electro-tinged music into the world since 2015 - over 10 years of consistently impressive tunes. 

Ru is also a committed member of the Berlin music community and DJS regularly throughout Europe. A vinyl boss with the skills & taste only one with over a decade of experience one can acquire - we're lucky enough to showcase one of his recent studio mixes on Animix this week. Glitchy-techy-minimal-dubby, and some sexy acid lines for good measure. A perfect fit for the series.
