Animix is back! I'm sooooo happy to be returning to the series with this new mix by local talent Hannah D (@hld). Brisbane's finest import, and curator of @thespacebetweenus, has recently taken the Melbourne scene by storm with her fun, groovy style & flawless skill. This mix is total euphoria, which I think really reflects the mood of the Melbourne scene at the moment in a (sort of) post-covid world.

Sedef Adasï joins us for the very first instalment of our new podcast series. We’re inviting fabric artists, special guests, and rising talent alike to curate a specialist guest mix for us, dropping a new exclusive every few weeks – watch this space.  

HAMAM Nights founder and newly appointed Panorama Bar resident Sedef Adasï handles our inaugural edition, delivering a solid 60 minutes featuring tracks from Luke Vibert, Gerome Sportelli, Isaiah, Friedrich Ernstwith, DJ DISRESPECT and more, with an unreleased tune in there too.

Turkish born, Germany-based DJ Sedef Adasï is a genre-hopping specialist; known to blend anything from tough, psychedelic acid, accelerated techno, rough house and glistening, warping electro. Her mix for us, expertly glides through a rich selection of the above – readying us for her very first appearance – of many, we hope – in our main room next month.

This mix is a live excerpt from one of the last parties we played before covid turned everything upside down. Two hours cut from an 8 hour set at Colour in Melbourne. After all these months, and finally listening back, we felt like it captures the essence of our DJ style quite well and took us back to those fun moments on the dance floor, feeding off the dancers energy. Adam Pits could very well be one of the hottest names in the underground right now. The Leeds DJ & producer, like many other artists, refused to let the misery of 2020 halt their creative output.Instead, Pits maintained focus and released EP’s via Coastal Haze, X-Kalay and Space Labs, appeared on compilations with One Records, Wex and others, and remixed tracks on labels such as Planet Euphorique and Dansu Discs.
