This spine-tingling 2-hour recording takes us straight back to Saturday evening at Cosmos, Unai taking the reigns from Raphael Carrau and guiding us into the night with a signature blend of techno, electro, breaks and more.

Jancen (Jurriaan Jansen) is a techno artist and producer from the city Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Growing up in a musical family where both his parents teach and play the piano. Music and technology have been at the center of his interest was introduced to the techno scene at the age of 14. It was during a test session of the legendary Awakenings parties, where Adam Beyer was testing the sound system in the Gashouder, that Jancen's love for techno was sparked. It was only 15 years later during the pandemic, Jancen turned to techno music production, and for the last three years, he has been hard at creating his own unique sound. The sound in which combines modern low-end with deep kicks and rhythms with Detroit-style synths, quickly caught the attention of industry professionals.

What you'll hear on this week's RA Podcast is the closing slot of 2024's Organik Festival—already a coveted moment. But as the sun dipped on Taiwan's north coast, something else was going on: Rey Colino was laying down quite possibly the set of his life.

We're big fans of Colino, AKA Colin Volvert, here at RA. Few do it better when it comes to the type of pacy, lysergic thumpers that have become synonymous with both Kalahari and the distro One Eye Witness. A quick glance over the Belgian label's impressive alumni confirms how deeply his work flows through contemporary clubs.

On RA.954, Volvert's sharp ear and swaggering DJ style are on full display. He locks in with many shades of his record bag, alongside a grip of new and forthcoming KOC cuts—some so fresh, the ink on the deal is barely even dry. We could go into the particulars, but it's best to just get stuck in: this one's a deep, deliriously effective trip.

Known for unearthing acid, prog, electro, techno, and IDM from across the globe, he’s a regular at Dekmantel and De School, with a legendary Organik Festival closing set to his name.

Bennet lets the amazing records breathe and create their own highlights. A spring morning where the windows hug the rising sun and the smoke creates suprising patterns.

One track that stands out for me is ‘Inda’ by Comodo, an alias of Marco Carola. It’s a driving house tool that brings a celestial note to the dancefloor, but over and over subtly explodes in with its driving baseline and always transforms it into a naughty affair.
