Simon Fyfe and Nikki Kinner are the founders of Residents Only and hail from Sydney and Berlin respectively. They came together after meeting through a mutual friend and discovering they both had a desire to create an original sound that finds that sweet spot between cruisy alt-rock and catchy pop tunes. 

This original and upbeat collaboration from two singer-songwriters brings a treasure of rhythmic vocals and dreamy melodies to provide the perfect summer soundtrack. With a swag of eclectic and energetic original material, Residents Only are bringing a unique new sound to the Sydney live music scene.
