Kiss your boss Goodbye !!

Before we get started, let me just share with you a couple of things about myself: For the last 12 years up to recently, I used to work in Corporate for Fortune 500 companies, holding key positions for Procter & Gamble, Yahoo!, Pepsi-QTG and Whirlpool. Back in 1995, when I graduated from University and was hired off campus by my dream company, I really thought I was set! I quickly realized that what I had been taught by my teachers and my parents (ie: go to school, get good grades and get hired by a BIG company...and you'll be successful for sure!) was such a big lie!
Hey, the money was good, but the more I moved up the corporate ladder, the less time I had for myself and my family to do the things I love and matters at the end of the day. Plus, the environment and kind of growth that most corporation offers these days (being treated like an expense vs an asset) wasn't providing me the personal growth I've always strive for. So at the end, that is not my definition of "success".

A few years ago, I started to become a student of success and prosperity. I read books like "Think and grow Rich" (Napoleon Hill) and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" (Robert Kiyosaki), as well as attending multiple seminars like the Millionaire Mind Intensive with T Harv Eker. By exposing myself to the right education, I quickly realized that a JOB (=Just Over Broke) and traditional type of businesses (like retail stores) are a dead end. Have you looked at the Fortune 100 riches people on the planet lately?... Apparently, none of them are employees!
This education led me to understand 3 important concepts:
1) To be wealthy, we have to be our own boss...become business owner.
2) Second, It's not sufficient to be our own boss, we must have access to LEVERAGE in order also to create time FREEDOM. Two kinds of leverage: money and people.
3) Finally, to be part of this select <5%, we must change our way of thinking and our years of "middle class" conditioning and programming. Bottom line, Wealthy people don't think like the middle class... A good example would be when one of them win the lottery: 90% lose all their money within 2 years and are back to where they were. Even though they had all the money, their mindset wasn't set like the Wealthy people. But get a wealthy person to bankruptcy and the majority bounce back quickly to Millionaire status!

The cutting edge business model of this fast growing industry you're to learn about in the first video is based on these principles and has allowed me to fire my boss! Know that I did not have to quit my job to build this business to that point. Actually, the majority do it part time, an average of 5-10 hours a week, when they want.
