The main overworld theme for an unfinished indie game project, this time written in a full orchestral sound-font instead of oldschool midi style. This is my most-elaborate and polished song I've written for an indie game. :) 

A fitting last song to write before I began attending university and then started working so my free time became less limited. One day I hope to finish this indie game. You can really tell how much I had improved since 2006.

Setting Sail (Overworld, Orchestral)(2013) - Indie Game Soundtrack

Part of an old midi soundtrack I wrote around 2009 for an indie game soundtrack, which was a small old-school RPG project. This contains a theme for: Winding Woods, Forest Shrine, Wasteland Cave, Temple Ruins, Prairie Village, and the player's Home City / Town which is uplifting.

I was requested to do it in a midi style. The programmer commissioned me with a set of descriptions for each area and tone so I had to work with my imagination and limited tools. I am quite fond of the 2 Forest themes. The first is for a mysterious forest and the second is the shrine in the forest clearing. The next two themes are intended to be eerie, as the plot of the game warns the player of venturing out into the Wastelands where the Temple Ruins are said to house monsters. The last two themes are for a small Prairie Village and then the player's vast Home City, which I was asked for a reoccurring piano motif and for the tune to be uplifting. The lead designer wanted three types of songs: mysterious, eerie, and calming, each to contrast each other.

An orchestral remix of the classic Pokemon Gym theme commissioned from me for a Pokemon fan game. I'm quite happy with this one actually, given my limited tools at the time in 2010. It's a tribute to the classic Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3, and Gen 4 gym themes. I quite like how the song is layered here.
