Noud van Dam aka MADNAV grew fond of the distinct sound of a kick drum via hardcore music at the youthful age of 12. 

As he grew older, and his style matured, his passion for techno started to blossom. MADNAV was drawn to the style of industrial techno initially. 

As his skills refined, a certain groove started to become more and more appealing. 

The quintessential MADNAV sound combines groovy beats and intricate drum patterns with hypnotic sounds. 

Beyond that, he pays homage to his roots by weaving hard hitting kicks and drums into his sets.
