Formed in Dublin in March 2011, ReSoul are a band that draws its influences on many classic groups & acts of the 60's mod, beat & soul movements, through to the punk & new wave of the 70's & 80's right up to the guitar based revival music of the 90's. Ranging from groups such as the Beatles, Buffalo Springfield, the Stones, the Who, The Supremes, Bacharach & David to T.Rex, Bowie, Sex Pistols, The Jam & the James Taylor Quartet right up to acts such as The Smiths, Roses & Oasis. Using these acts as the foundation of our sound ReSoul's main objective as a group is to make quality, honest & real music! To quote Miles Davis "There are two types of music, bad and good, you put it in front of me it's gonna sit in either one", well ReSoul's aim is to make great music!
