Couvre x Chefs is delighted to present Lofoten, the debut EP from Næja (@naejaa), a member of the collective and label since 2019.

After making his first appearance on CxC Vol. 2 in 2022, an eccentric Dubstep remix for anyoneID in 2023, and DJ sets packed with unreleased tracks, the Parisian DJ and producer finally unveiled his first solo release.

Comprising 3 original tracks and a remix of the same anyoneID, Lofoten sweeps through the rich sonic aesthetic of its author. Somewhere between Deconstructed Club Music, Dubstep, Hardcore Continuum and futuristic sound design, the EP takes us into Næja’s dark, hybrid club universe. Sometimes minimalist (Lofoten, Quantum), sometimes maximalist (Trance Gener8), the tracks shine through their meticulous arrangements, giving this first EP consistency, originality and solidity.
