Detroit Techno ist ein Genre der elektronischen Musik, die sich etwa in der Mitte der 1980er Jahre in Detroit entwickelte. Es greift dabei auf Elemente der Funk-, der Electro-Funk- und der House-Musik zurück, orientiert sich allerdings auch stark an europäischen Stilrichtungen wie Electro-Pop, EBM oder Industrial. Detroit Techno zählt dabei zu den Wegbereitern des Techno der 1990er Jahre.

Mister Bellini is a producer and DJ from Vienna, Austria. Bellini's records are known for their DIY lo-fi sound aesthetics, sexy lyrics, and raw beats - mainly drawing inspiration from Electro and early Ghettotech records from Detroit, Ghettohouse and Footwork music from Chicago, as well as Breakbeat and Bass music from the UK. 

In 2018, he launched his record label Deep Shopping, where he’s released numerous projects in recent years, including his debut album ‘Cheugy’. Starting in 2025, Deep Shopping will also feature digital releases, (literally) kicking things off with a high-energy 7-track EP, (surprisingly accurately) titled ‘Shenanigans’.
