"Galim Remixed" is a beautiful collection of revisions from the pioneering album recently birthed by Lemon And Soul. The original album offers the listener a journey through aquatic energies (Galim means waves in Hebrew). These waves of emotion have been surfed beautifully by a very special group of remixers to give a whole new experience to the sounds which are so unique to the aesthetic of Lemon And Soul. The remixers include long time friends of the label ALUNA, Mose and Tomanka in addition to label new comers Jai Cuzco, Eternal Moment, and MUTA. The remix album starts slow and ethereal with ALUNA and builds slowly through the remixes of Mose, Tomanka, and Jai Cuzco in a potent crescendo with the more energetic interpretations from Eternal Moment and MUTA.

This beautiful prayer from Ayla Schafer has been masterfully reworked by Nils Olav to seamlessly bring this powerful message to the dance floor. The deeply rooted lyrics from Ayla remind us of deeper levels of our being and our interconnectedness with spirit. It is a reminder that this connection is always present in the form of guidance that is supporting our path home. Sometimes it isn’t always clear how guides actually influence us and support our path forward and Ayla subtly points to how this manifests in our lives. 

Nils tunes in deeply to this message and accents the emotions behind them with his delicate remix, taking us even deeper into celebration of this sacred life. Nils comes from a background of being an internationally touring club DJ who has gone through is own transformation these last years and has been deeply touched by this emerging world of organic, heart centered dance music. Not only has he stepped powerfully into this role of a new paradigm music producer, he also runs the highly revered medicine music label Nixi Records which has supported the voices of many of the top musicians offering their medicine to the world through sound including Ayla’s most recent album “Silent Voices”. Nils shares himself: “Guiding & Protecting” was one of my fave songs from Aylas album “Silent Voices”. I always visioned it could work in slightly more groove based version. So happy she gave me the opportunity to do so.

Ayla Schafer, Nils Olav - Guiding & Protecting (Nils Olav Remix)

SavaBorsa presents us this beautiful offering of three original collaborative tracks and three beautiful remixes to accompany them. The EP brings us into a mystical vibration with roots around the world. In the collaborative spirit of Resueño, the Hungarian duo has invited collaborators from around the world to support their highly refined production. The eclectic variety of collaborators gives the release a wide range of emotion and sounds while maintaining coherence through the deeply intentional production the duo so clearly brings to the music.

It includes a collaboration with Arnaldo Herrera (Bóveda Celeste) from Mexico singing in Spanish on top of a playful guitar. The track has a beautiful uplifting energy while simultaneously taking us deeper into our own world. It is complimented with a higher energy version from Italian duo Jakare, including new instrumentation and a bit of extra bounce. “Call of the Forest Spirit” includes the channeled light language vocals of Nalini Blossom, a frequent collaborator of Resueño. The slowed down groove and Hungarian flute samples take us out of the mind and into our tribal forest roots. The Binder remix accents the vocals and the deep forest vibe with his signature percussive lines and more instrumental space. The release is rounded out with the uplifting mantra fusion with Hungarian singer Julia Chants. The Sanskrit chants are interwoven with the native Hungarian language to weave the spirit of this global offering back to the roots of it’s creators. Sariel Orenda, another Resueño favorite, brings his interpretation to this track with trickling percussion and some fresh melodic elements.

Drowning in the Sea of Love tells a story about love, death and resurrection. It is a musical journey which reflects my own process of being separated from two of my closest and loved souls in my life as they left their physical bodies and now inhabit a comfort space in my heart. I’ve learned that this thing called death, regardless of its irony, can hand you the keys to eternity. By practicing the colorful and mysterious ways of music and embracing destiny, eternal light will shine on the souls that are no longer with us. It is possible to keep them closer than ever before (as heard in the last chapter of Mozart’s Requiem - LUX AETERNA).

Hopefully, this record will help you find light and comfort in times of separation, and these melodies will remind you that love is eternal, that love is a cure, and spending time with your loved ones is indeed more precious than gold.

@curawaka_official´s new release Olokun is a song for the oceans and the waters, for the mothers and the daughters. 

Olokun refers to the orisha spirit of the deep sea and ruler of all bodies of water in the Yoruba tradition of West Africa. In the Candomblé religion of Brazil, Olokun is honored as the mother of Yemanya. Anna Bariyani received the central part of the song on the day before the birth of her second daughter, while making an offering to the ocean. Calling the support of the ladies of the sea - Olokun and Yemanya - in order to bless the birth her daughter, Anna also birthed the song Olokun. The recording features the vocals and an additional melody of Kathi von Koerber, Anna Bariyani´s long time close friend and mentor. Both Anna and Kathi are mothers to daughters and carry the prayer for the waters of the world. 

With this song they wish to honour the ocean as the mother of life and call upon the sacred forces of the sea to bring balance and purity to the world, so that water can flow in spiral and ensure that life blossom for all.

Reverence, a mantra dance track simply titled Hare Krishna. This offering is a co-
creation between @mosemusica, @frankoheke, and @sarielorenda, released through our label @resuenomusic.

Rooted in devotion and repetition, the track invites listeners into a meditative dance journey carried entirely by the mantra itself. There are no added lyrics, only the vibration of Hare Krishna, carried by hypnotic beats and the deeply emotive guitar of Sariel Orenda.

The Hare Krishna mantra is one of the most well-known sacred chants from the
Bhakti tradition, often used to awaken divine love and remembrance of the eternal.
It is a chant for connection with the source, and a doorway into the heart. Whether
you have chanted it before or are hearing it for the first time, the intention remains
the same, to return our deepest essence in devotion through sound. Reverence,
the full album, will be released January 15th, and this final single is a glimpse into
the prayerful spirit of what is to come.

The POAN Collaborations EP is a journey into musical kinship. It is a project spawned from the idea that we can create so much more potent art when we come together and combine our strengths to create something that we could never create on our own. These collaborations were birthed out of the musical genius of Lorenzo Mantovani of the ambient instrumental project POAN (his project with Giacomo Barbari). Lorenzo put together seven different loop packs using his wide range of instruments which were then passed on to these producers to create something totally new out of the recordings. Each track takes on a whole new life of it’s own with the unique beat driven approach of each individual producer. The collaborations range from high energy dance tracks to deep hypnotic introspective journeys with everything in between. May this collaborative effort be a testament to the potency of coming together as a collective musical family.

Agua de Flores, a co-creation with Mose, is the only song I have not created, it is a personal adaptation of a ceremony song called Agua de Flores that I sang while living in Mexico between the sea and the deep water of a cenote. The vocals were recorded together with Mose in Berlin and was produced by him with elements given to him by Steffen.

This EP was born in Bali from producers J.Pool and Aleceo who met there and found an affinity with sound medicine man and Sacred World Music producer Kailash Kokopelli. These two up and coming talented producers incorporated the magical sound tapestries of Hernan Suarez, Alunawachuma, Tatyana Kalmykova, and Kama Lila Sol. This rich offering is the fruit of a collaborative effort of all of these musicians bringing their own essence into the project. It is a puzzle which came together with each piece fitting perfectly with the other to create a journey into the heart and grooves to move the body into ecstasy. Coalescence is a testament of coming together to compliment each other as a unity - a body of music which thrives on the strengths of each independent artist complimenting the other. It is perfectly in alignment with the intentions of the label Resueño - to come together to create something special which alone would be impossible.
