"This song, Cacaosito, came to me during a cacao ceremony — a practice I have been leading for many years with the medicine of cacao. It arrived as an invitation, as an activation of the cacao spirit in the space. A year ago we recorded it live with wonderful musicians, and me and Tansen produced the track. It was released on all major platforms and has already gained some popularity, with many streams on Spotify, SoundCloud, and other services. When I heard from my friend Aleceo about the upcoming Cacao Dance compilation — which I deeply love and also play as a DJ — I felt inspired to become part of this beautiful project. That’s why Tansen and I created a special dance version of this song, and we hope it will resonate with your vision."

22% of label profits are donated to causes around Lake Atitlán, Guatemala and recently to some other parts of the world to support those in need.

We are here to unite. The intention of Resueño is to bring artists together to create something which alone would not be possible. Together we can take the listener on a deep journey to find balance and peace within. We are here to blur the boundary between the dance floor and the chill out sound journey space.
