Refeci - Drunk On Your Love (Uplink Remix)

After a little break of two months, Goldfire Records is back with a new release that sets a new label record as it includes four remixes of the main track.
Hailing from Austria, versatile DJ and producer Ryan Housewell presents his new Progressive anthem called 'This Feeling', featuring stunning vocals by US singer and songwriter Alina Renae.
The Original Mix stands out with a catchy melody, rock-solid arrangement and inspiring lyrics, making it a perfect hymn for the seemingly never-ending late summer of 2018.

The first remix is delivered by Uplink, one of a total of three german remixing acts.
Their remix is the go-to mix for all the lovers of piano sound and a happy and motivating mood and has already been picked for Volume 87 of the famous 'Club Sounds' compilation series.

Next up on the package comes Munich based rising talent High 'n' Rich. He also stands for Future House, but a little more serious with pitched vocals and a massive stomping drop. No surprise he made it to Revealed Recordings lately with a lot of DJ support for his track 'Rise Up'.

Taking no prisoners with his remix is fellow german artist GHST. His interpretation is atmospheric in the break and very groovy in the drop - Future House as good as it gets.

Last but definitely not least we have a remix which is a cooperation between Canada and USA based artists VYMVN & DAXX. They took the Electro House direction and convince their listeners with rhythm variety and an own dramaturgy.

We definitely love 'This Feeling'!

[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the forty-second release of Launch Records. This time we got a new track by Howen called ‘Just Funk It’. The song starts immediately with a piano and guitar play. Then the vocal starts together with piano chords and a guitar melody in the background. Hereby the chords follow the vocal. On top of that, a clap and background sounds are added.

When the build-up starts you hear a guitar melody. This melody has the same melody and rhythm as in the drop. Furthermore, the vocal together with the background chords and drums is building more and more energy.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful funky dance track. In this drop, the guitar play gets the main attention. Hereby added are background chords together with drums and more background sounds. To give something special to the drop, a funky piano fill is added in the middle of the drop. The drop has a really strong but clean melody with real recorded instruments in it, which will be stuck in your head.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. You can clearly hear the signature Howen sound throughout the whole track. We are very happy to have our second release with this talented producer who has a bright future ahead of him.
