Jasper and Berend (21), also known as Retrowaves, have been passionate about music since they were young. Jasper started playing drums, and Berend the trumpet when they were six years old. Over time, they've learned various instruments such as piano, guitar, bass guitar, cajon, and marimba.
Alongside their studies, they got into music production and DJing. In November 2022, they officially launched Retrowaves, blending surf elements with house music.
