Men of the hour and part of the Endless Illusion crew from Prague joins RET with a 5 tracker ranging from Electro to wave-ish Techno. After releasing on labels like Midlight, Eidectic and more recent Brokntoys Ladislav Zensor drops another fierce and well executed joint. The ep kicks off with an extended acid injected electro track called ''All Things Are Possible''. Second track ''Transgas'' continues this threatment for the A side. The flip has a more darker perspective with flanged hi hats and eerie atmosphere. ''Defenestrace'' contains a strange vox going over the track from the beginning, it then quickly gains power by its dubbed out framework. The days of EBM and newbeat comes to mind when we hear ''Straight Folded'' which sounds like its recorded straight on a tape in the mid 80's. Last not least ''Very Fake News'' closes things of, with a driving kick-bassline and shattering snares causing pleasure on the dancefloor. Dark days are coming towards us.

Mannequin Records is proud to present the debut EP from a new meeting of minds. Amato & Adriani began as a B2B with two seasoned veterans, but has quickly grown into an enthralling live act and studio project drawing upon two vast musical histories. 

As The Hacker, Michel Amato is credited with pioneering entire new genres over multiple decades, whilst Alessandro Adriani’s knowledge of musical obscurities lends itself to one of the most innovative labels in operation today. Mannequin Records is an ongoing research project tying threads between industrial, wave and minimal synth music to provide a refined aesthetic understanding of musical subcultures from the ‘80s to the present day. 

This collaborative spirit is elevated further on 'Liar' by vocals from Stephen Mallinder - founding member and voice of UK industrial legends Cabaret Voltaire.

Piska Power plunges us right into modular territory with some heart beating material and thus the tests have come back positive. or negative, which ever way you look at it. 'Eiter Mit Stulle' is a 6 track EP/ Mini LP - A nod to the working class, the ones building our future, for the better. The opening track 'Stulle' simply yet cleverly names all of the main metro station districts of Berlin, underscoring the juxtaposition of most working-class people commuting daily with the homelessness. All walks of life being forced to interact. 'Eiter' and 'Grad III' turn it up and inside out whilst flipping to the B side, 'Eine Man Eine Frau' intro's us to a less club focused remainder of this EP. 'Joyeuse Bureau' is a synth wave post punk masterpiece and lastly apt, 'Strigoi' is about a love that changed the life of a miserable individual.

Isolated Material is a 25 year old French producer who now lives in Berlin. In his debut EP « Aliased », he explores different atmospheres in the field of electro.
The EP starts with « Control Your Mind », a cold and dystopian track that sets the tone.
"Programmatic" follows with heavy, playful and glitchy rhythms before moving on to « Dotted », which highlights the bass influences of the producer.
Next comes the acid glitch groove « Ritual », followed by « Root Cause » which explores the funkier side of electro.
« Spinning » ends things up with heavily distorted drums and hypnotic arps.
