Amateur Radio transmissions from the International Space Station crossband repeater. Amateur operators transmit to the ISS and the station retransmits ("repeats", hence repeater) their signals to a wider area with more power. Amateurs exchange callsigns and location information to confirm contact. Recorded with a Kenwood D74 handheld amateur radio and homebrew antenna.

Seven minutes of largely unedited, raw chatter from the ISS, captured with DIY yagi directional antenna. It was a pretty good and high pass. Because satellite passes are so short, less than 10 minutes, and so many people are trying to call through, conversations consist of callsign anf grid square locater exchanges only.

Fairly solid recording of an ISS pass. Mostly unedited due to near-constant reception of signal. First few seconds catch the tail end of the Morse code of the station's call sign, NA1SS. First minute has no audio on the signals either due to pile-ups of many stations trying to get into the repeater... or else somebody was sitting on their push-to-talk button without talking.
